Joseph Pilates called his method "Contrology". The Pilates Method strengthens core, corrects postural alignment and positioning, increases flexibility, balance and coordination; while enhancing cognition.
Pilates Mind Body Spirit is a Hot and Non-Hot Pilates Reformer and Mat Studio that offers a variety of Pilates Programs that are suitable for different fitness goals. Our Pilates Group Classes entails an array of Pilates Reformer and Mat Classes at different levels, Barre-ilates Fusion, Stretch-ilates fusion, and a Sculpt-ilates fusion class that is a PIIT Pilates Intensity Interval Training that is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Functional Intensity Interval Training Class with Pilates Principles.

It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind, body, and spirit.
